Hi, we're Joanna and Haylee, the dream team behind Once Upon a Shine, your local Jackson cleaning service. After nearly a decade together, we finally tied the knot this past June! Our furry family includes two dogs and two cats – they're our kids.

When we're not busy making homes sparkle, you can find us exploring the outdoors or hunting for antique treasures. Our journey to opening Once Upon a Shine in October 2023 was inspired by our passion for helping others. Years of caregiving for our elderly aunt, combined with our experience working at a daycare, gave us a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both the elderly and working parents. We recognized a real need for reliable, affordable cleaning services, and we set out to fill it. We're dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning with an eye for detail.

From residential clients to Airbnbs, commercial spaces, and offices, we've been fortunate to expand our services thanks to the incredible support of our community. This support has allowed us to become an official LLC in 2024! Looking forward, we dream of continued growth, not only so we can meet all of our client's cleaning needs but also to provide job opportunities to those who need them most. From single mothers to individuals facing mental health challenges, we believe everyone deserves a chance to work and thrive.
